Exhibit Hall-only passes are valid for the duration of the event. The exhibit hall opens at 6 p.m. on April 2 and closes at 3 p.m. on April 4. Exhibit hall passes are entitle to attend the opening reception in the exhibit hall and any of the keynote addresses on April 2-3.

Workshops are on the first day of the event, before the Conference officially opens with the opening keynote. Conference sessions are on days two and three. Your Conference Pass gets you into all workshops, conference track sessions and keynote addresses.  If you have a training pass, you cannot get into the workshops (because they are at the same time as the training), but your pass gets you into all conference track sessions on day 2 and day 3.

Then go to your Exhibitor Portal and use the tools available to search for attendees by company and send emails to attendees from those companies. The RFID Journal LIVE! registration area will be open during the following hours:

Tuesday, April 2……………7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

RFID Journal LIVE! 2019 will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center, in Phoenix, Ariz., from April 2-4.

During the registration process, you will be asked if you require a visa letter. If you check ‘yes’, you will be asked to provide your passport information. A visa letter will be sent to you after you complete the registration process.

No. Video and photographs are not permitted without the written consent of RFID Journal. We do provide links to the presentations and recordings of the sessions for attendees attending the conference portion of the event.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam filter. If you still do not receive it, write to to request a confirmation. Print out the confirmation and bring it to the event. You can pick up your badge at the registration counter. You will need to show a picture ID to pick up your badge.

Track sessions begin at 9 AM and end at 11:15 AM.
Awards sessions follow and the award ceremony is at 1 PM in the exhibit hall.
